Clinical commentary 臨床

The chapter's general damp-heat formula, and it is built exactly on the treatment recipe the Uigam lays out — atractylodes and phellodendron for the damp heat, chaenomeles and areca for the Qi, notopterygium for the joints, and akebia and stephania to lead everything down. The three modifications at the end make it a working template rather than a fixed prescription. — Eui Young (Justin) Chung, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M.
