About this project 凡例
Chapters are translated from the 1613 first edition of the Donguibogam and added here as they are completed. The Chinese text is collated against the public-domain Wikisource transcription and a printed edition. The directory above follows the book's own arrangement into five parts and their volumes, so that chapters not yet translated appear in their proper place. Terminology follows Wiseman & Feng, A Practical Dictionary of Chinese Medicine. Formula names link to their pages in this site's database.
