Grind Accumulation Pill (Lodged Accumulation)
Majeok-won
한글 마적원(식적) · Pinyin Mo Ji Yuan
A second formula of the same name, also from the Deukhyo, appears at 1.13.23 for tea accumulation with a different composition. Since the source is identical for both, the two are separated by the section each belongs to rather than by source. Pepper is measured by the corn and scorpion by the whole animal; the gram figures are working conversions.

Translation
Treats the intestines and stomach grown vacuous, with qi settling outside the huang membrane and flowing to the lower ribside, and qi counterflow with difficult breathing. It persists for months and years and physicians do not treat it; left long, the construction and defence stand congealed, and one morning it turns foul and putrid and breaks open as an abscess with pus, in most cases beyond saving. Pepper 150 corns; costus 2.5 don; scorpion 10 whole. Powder them, make pills with millet rice the size of a mung bean, and take fifteen down with tangerine peel decoction. — Seui Deukhyobang 得效 (Donguibogam · Jeokchwi)
