Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治痢後脚痛如刀劙, 虎咬之狀, 膝臏腫大, 不能行步, 名曰鶴膝風. 熟地黃ㆍ人參 各一錢, 白朮ㆍ黃芪ㆍ當歸ㆍ川芎ㆍ白芍藥ㆍ杜沖ㆍ萆薢 各七分, 防風ㆍ防己ㆍ羌活ㆍ牛膝ㆍ甘草 各五分, 附子(童便浸三日炮) 七分, 冬則一錢. 右剉, 作一貼, 薑三棗二, 水煎服. 《正傳》
Translation
Treats leg pain after dysentery as though cut with a knife or bitten by a tiger, with the knee and patella swollen large and inability to walk — this is called crane's-knee wind. Prepared rehmannia and ginseng, 1 don each; white atractylodes, astragalus, Korean angelica, cnidium, white peony, eucommia, and dioscorea hypoglauca, 7 fun each; saposhnikovia, stephania, notopterygium, achyranthes, and licorice, 5 fun each; aconite steeped three days in child's urine and blast-fried, 7 fun — 1 don in winter.
