Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
治痰飮成窠囊, 漉漉有聲, 或嘔吐酸水. 蒼朮(泔浸去皮焙乾) 一斤(爲細末), 白脂麻 五錢(水二盞硏濾取汁), 大棗 三十枚(爛煮硏去皮核取肉). 以麻汁調和成稀膏, 搜和朮末, 熟杵, 丸如桐子大, 每日, 空心, 溫水下百丸至二百丸. 初服時必膈微燥, 進山梔子散一服, 不躁. 《本事》
Translation
Treats phlegm-rheum that has formed a nest-sac, with gurgling sounds and sometimes vomiting of sour water. Atractylodes lancea 1 geun, soaked in rice-washing water, peeled, dry-roasted and ground to a fine powder; white sesame 5 don, ground with two cups of water and strained for the juice; jujube 30 fruits, boiled soft and ground, skin and pits discarded and only the flesh taken. Blend the sesame juice into a thin paste, work it into the atractylodes powder, pound until well done, and roll pills the size of a firmiana seed. Each day on an empty stomach take one to two hundred pills down with warm water. On first taking it the diaphragm is bound to feel slightly parched; one dose of Gardenia Powder settles it. — Bonsa 本事 (Donguibogam · Damum)
