Donguibogam 東醫寶鑑
通治五積. ○黃連(肝積 五錢, 脾腎積 七錢, 心肺積 一兩半) ○厚朴(肝心肺積 五錢, 脾腎積 八錢) ○川烏(肝肺積 一錢, 心腎脾積 五分) ○乾薑(肝心積 五分, 肺脾腎 一錢半) ○人參(肝心脾肺積 二錢, 腎積 五分) ○茯苓 一錢半, 巴豆霜 五分. 右爲末, 蜜丸梧子大. 初服二丸, 漸加, 以微溏爲度. 治積塊, 不拘臍上下左右, 通用. 如肝積, 加柴胡 一兩, 川椒 四錢, 蓬朮 三錢, 皂角ㆍ昆布 各二錢半. 心積, 加黃芩 三錢, 肉桂ㆍ茯神ㆍ丹參 各一錢, 菖蒲 五分. 肺積, 加桔梗ㆍ三稜ㆍ天門冬ㆍ靑皮ㆍ陳皮ㆍ白豆蔲 各一錢, 紫菀ㆍ川椒 各一錢半. 脾積, 加吳茱萸ㆍ黃芩ㆍ縮砂 各二錢, 澤瀉ㆍ茵蔯 各一錢, 川椒 五分. 腎積, 加玄胡索 三錢, 苦練肉ㆍ全蝎ㆍ附子ㆍ獨活 各一錢, 澤瀉ㆍ菖蒲 各二錢, 肉桂 三分, 丁香 五分. 《入門》
Translation
Treats all five accumulations generally. Coptis — 5 don for liver accumulation, 7 don for spleen and kidney, 1.5 nyang for heart and lung. Magnolia bark — 5 don for liver, heart and lung, 8 don for spleen and kidney. Aconite (chuan wu) — 1 don for liver and lung, 5 pun for heart, kidney and spleen. Dry ginger — 5 pun for liver and heart, 1.5 don for lung, spleen and kidney. Ginseng — 2 don for liver, heart, spleen and lung, 5 pun for kidney. Poria 1.5 don; croton frost 5 pun. Powder them, make honey pills the size of a firmiana seed. Begin with two pills and increase gradually, taking a slightly loose stool as the measure. It treats accumulation lumps without regard to whether they lie above or below the navel, on the left or the right, and is used generally. For liver accumulation add bupleurum 1 nyang, zanthoxylum 4 don, curcuma 3 don, gleditsia pod and kelp 2.5 don each. For heart accumulation add scutellaria 3 don, cinnamon bark, root poria and salvia 1 don each, acorus 5 pun. For lung accumulation add platycodon, sparganium, asparagus, green tangerine peel, tangerine peel and round cardamom 1 don each, aster and zanthoxylum 1.5 don each. For spleen accumulation add evodia, scutellaria and amomum 2 don each, alisma and artemisia 1 don each, zanthoxylum 5 pun.
